We are pleased to announce that our company has been selected for the first time as a constituent of the "FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," a prominent ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) index for Japanese equities provided by FTSE Russell, a wholly owned subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange Group.

The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is constructed by FTSE Russell, a global index provider, and is designed to reflect the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate superior ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices relative to their sector peers. The index is constructed with a sector-neutral approach to ensure balanced sector representation.
This index has been adopted by institutional investors such as the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) of Japan as one of the benchmarks for ESG-based passive investment. As such, it serves as an important reference for investment decision-making among a wide range of investors.
