The J Trust group undertakes purchase of specified monetary claims（※1）and takes charge of collection stipulated by “Act on Special Measures Concerning Claim Management and Collection Businesses (Servicer Act) ” as a Servicer (claim management and collection company) (※2) licensed by the Ministry of Justice.
Regardless of the presence or absence of collateral, we handle a wide range of claims from personal loans (card loan, shopping, etc.) to corporate loans (loans receivable, lease, business loan, etc.)

Specified monetary claims refer to the monetary claims prescribed by Servicer Act (Below are the main ones).

Stock company licensed by the Minister of Justice for operation, based on “Act on Special Measures Concerning Claim Management and Collection Business” issued in October 1998, and enforced in 1999. We handle collection of specified monetary claims, by taking charge of their purchase or collection as prescribed by the Servicer Act.
